TFA - Acetyl Pyrazine

Concentrated flavouring for professional use only.  Acetyl Pyrazine is used for adding a deep and rich note to buttery caramel flavours.  Use this very sparingly as it is potent.  Try mixing it anywhere a recipe calls for a rich caramel note.
