Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who are you guys?

A: We began as healthcare professionals providing flavourings and more since 2013 and now bring a depth of knowledge with flavourings and mixing that we're happy to share. We will begin adding more products soon that will further help makers of soap, candles, lotions and more so check back regularly.

Q: Do you have a brick and mortar location?

A: Yes. MyFlavours products are all available at 346 Keewatin St in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  You can either make your purchase in person, or online and select "local pickup."  This way, we can have your order ready for pickup when you arrive and speed up your experience.

Q: There's a flavour I love but you don't carry it.  Can you bring it in?

A: Every couple of months we like to bring in new flavours, so if you have a request, please let us know.  If it's a good flavour and/or there are a few requests for a flavour, we will gladly bring it in. We can also bring in special orders upon request, with pre-payment but special orders will be final sale. Special orders may involve wait times as we place them with our monthly orders.

Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and email Interac E-Transfer on the website.  Instructions for Interac E-Transfer can be found during checkout if you select this method of payment. In-store, we also accept debit and cash.
